I’m Back!

Hello again,

It has been a great while since I popped in here and for that I am sorry.  In January I visited Vegas and found that the city I hold near and dear was actually a huge trigger PTSD-wise. So after a couple months I finally found myself back on my feet and wide-eyed only to realize I had developed a habit.  Because of this habit I decided to go to rehab. More on this will come soon, but rest assured I am now clean.

For now that is all, but soon I’ll fill everyone in with more details. Glad to be back!

Musical Wanderings…

Soon here I will be gracing you all with my personal opinions of some music I have found noteworthy, but I felt a compelling need to ask you what YOU’RE  favorites are.

Pulls you out of bed or gets you into your running shoes
Gets you through those lonely nights?

I have not.

However, the sad news that I have received this week has prompted me to reflect on life a little, and I found myself thinking about the me of 16 years ago. This me was a very different person to the me that I know now, and there are lots of things I want to say to that 16 year old, with her frizzy blonde hair, her insecurities and her weaknesses. I thought I knew everything. I had a plan – where I was going to go, what I was going to do and how I was going to do it – and if my 32 year old self could travel back in…
